The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice hotel smell and was super clean (not just clean, Monica clean!) I liked the balcony, we had a great view of the lake and park if we turned our heads to the left. I would definitely recommend to people who want to stay close to amenities and to the lake. Good sized room, we had a great time (the weather was a bonus for mid September). Spar shop was a walkable distance and there was a local market on a Sunday.

The location right on the lake, the super friendly receptionist, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, and free parking on site. Great restaurants just 5 minutes walk (especially good when it was zero degrees outside!). The breakfast was amazing. The respect for the environment with locally sourced foods and recycling bins etc is the icing on the cake.

Very spacious room with a balcony looking at the lake Shower was excellent Great location with lots of food options close by, and some great walks along the lake Great to have parking, and staff were very friendly and helpful

Very good hotel in excellent place next to the lake and Promenade. Welcoming and helpfull people. Free parking. Room is small, but comfortable with balcony and great view. Kettle and coffee machine. Few restaurants are around.

A small family run hotel, near the centre of Aix Les Bains. Room was very comfortable with 2 balconies (you could just see the Lake from one!) Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel does not offer dinner as there are so many places to eat within 5 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was in a small side room with special Covid rules in place. Parking in the hotel car park was most convenient.

Location was brilliant, overlookiing the lake with a car park on site. The kitchen was useful but it was good to have a selsction of restaurants nearby.

Lovely little quirky hotel. Spotlessly clean with a nice view of the lake. The staff were fabulous - friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at breakfast - smiling and cooking eggs for everyone upon request - a nice touch!

Excellent location close to the port. Many restaurants and pubs @ walking distance. Hotel has a private parking with sufficient space. The receptionist was extremely friendly in explaining everything we needed to know. At arrival the mini-bar was filled with complementary drinks. Breakfast was included and had a wide assortiment of local products. Furthermore it was extremely nice to go for a swim before breakfast.

The hotel is in an ideal location and we had car parking too. The room was excellent and had everything we required. The breakfast had a great selection too
